There is only one boA in Everett the lines are ridiculously long all the time the tellers are overwhelmed most of the time there is only two tellers it is so sad. I had to cancel and close my account with those grodybank
I had some question about my credit card and I went to the Bank of America at Everett square and I met with Carlos,and He didn't give me any information clearly.So I'm not satisfied with him.
ATM machine never have money in Holidays. there is no heating on winter and no air conditions in summer time.
Bank of America is horrible in terms of customer service!! The respresenatives are not well informed and they give invalid information to customers. The worst bank I've ever had! I'd recommend you avoid them. I had just closed my account with them because of a lack of trust. The respresenatives are incompetent. Zero stars!
Don't waste your time opening an account with these people because if you ever deal with identity fraud like two other people I know went through you'll never get your money back and trying to get a new card so you can stop being billed monthly to a place that kept charging the card well they'll never will get you another one. Today I tried to cash a check every month I did it with bank of America because I get one from a friend he never writes my last name because it is not easy to spell. Yesterday I go cash the check write my last name and for the first time they won't approve it because I wrote my last name. They made me have my friend write it again and I even watch him write my last name because I was spelling it for him they refused the new check because it seems like two people wrote it like seriously the man had to have me spell out my name and you can't approve it. Any other month I never had an issue just this month they are ruthless. Thanks bank of America for wasting my time. But for now on I have asked to have it cash then checks with my friend. Don't want to deal with the embarrassing two days of trying to cash in a check
