Last time was there waited for almost two hours because I didn't make any appointment to check the light for tire pressure.

They barely earned this one star. Honestly this was the worst experience I have ever had dealing with pepboys, and even customer service in general. I did everything I was supposed to, scheduled an appointment, explained the problems and waited patiently.

I have appointment 12pm oil change I sat for 2and 1/2hours and the price is high rock ,in 1st place why we have appointment to get quickly ,never ever come back again Going to volvoline its fast and worth it.

Very bad service. Service guys don't respect customers and are rude usually. Waiting is more that usual. Though u have a reservation need to wait long. And service guys are found having fun cracking jokes and wasting time nose of the time. Apart from that, product availability is good. Has a wide range of products for all cars.

This dude told me it's not a cheese burger that will be ready in two minutes.

I’ve never seen slower service and below par customer service until stumbling here. Avoid at all costs.

Over four and a half hours later I left with half of what I asked for actually resolved and with less money in my pocket. I was more frustrated leaving than I was walking in that morning to deal with the issues with the car. They couldn't complete basic things like an oil change, checking tire pressure and tire rotation and changing a headlight, things they claim to be able to do in a reasonable amount of time. And when I told them they didn't actually do everything I asked them to check, (checking the tire pressure) although they charged me for it, they sent me to the back to get it fixed, upon which I waited for 20 minutes in the cold and then left out of sheer frustration and had to go somewhere else.

This time made an appointment for the same issue the manage told me to wait for an hour even though I made an appointment because they are busy. After waited for over an hour I checked with the manager again they still busy I told him I gotta pick up my daughter from school

I am trying to think of anything positive I got from this trip but honestly I just regret wasting half of my day there and getting ripped off. Never making that mistake again.

Let me ask you when you guys made the appointment was this a cheese burger shop ?? who is the one who gave me the appointment?? why you guys didn't think that before that you not making a cheese burger which will be done in two minutes. You should have given yourself enough time to book next appointment. & let me tell you with this attitude the way you talk to the customer I won't even hire you. learn some manners how to talk next time.
