The city has come a long way, no city or town is perfect, in terms of service at city hall, no real complaints, I've dealt with different departments and for the most part they're friendly and efficient.
These ppl kept hanging up on me and promised a call back I never received. Day before told me to call next day opn hours to check status just to get the run around and a click each time i tried. Guess screw me.. Why would they care if a resident got more parking tickets?!?

People who work there blame the leasing company for not switching the garaging address and make it near impossible to get a resident parking sticker. Cheap way to keep making people pay for an overnight visitors pass. I contacted my leasing company AND my insurance company. Both have switched my garaging address but yet I still can't get a resident sticker. My insurance premium increased and I can vote in Everett but yet can't get a resident sticker. So annoyed
How is City Hall closed on a Friday??? Makes absolutely no sense what so ever our taxes are paying for these people to have a three day weekend. I needed to appeal a Parking ticket my girlfriend got because the city is doing construction on my sidewalks and they are blocking off my driveway so that no one can enter or exit it. Apparently I just shouldnt be able to have guests over my house because instead of the city realizing that there is construction going on and people may need to park a street over they decide to hand out tickets and make some easy money at 3:42 AM. WHAT A JOKE. You guys really have nothing better to do?
