Went to return and pick up. Process was smooth. People pleasant. Nice experience.
I made my purchase and left. Reminding myself, this is the reason why I don't like to come to Best Buy Everett. The customer service here stinks.
When we checked out, the cashier was also very friendly, and even gave me in-depth personal opinion about the game I was purchasing. It's good to have employees who actually use and know your products.
But no. Was not in the direction they pointed. I watched employees standing talking laughing together but not waiting on me the customer. They did not interrupt your conversation until I interrupted them.
Always a bait and switch situation from the people at best buy. And they refuse to do human things like give you a rain check or speak to you in a kindly manner on the phone. This place is a travesty upon humanity and would be doing the world a favor by going out of business.
Great service, within walking into the door an associate asked if I needed help, and offered assistance. She recognized I was looking at the new release video games, and also offered insight on the Nintendo Switch. They're in stock she mentioned as well as showing me the latest amiibo and games.
Good job Best Buy, I'll be back when visiting the Cape again.
It was a terrible experience. I under the store on crutches because I am after surgery. I approached customer service for help and all they did was point with their finger in the direction and say should be over there.
I just recently bought a 55" Insignia television from this location, and the staff were all very helpful. From checkout to helping me load it into my vehicle. Everything moved quickly, even though they were fairly busy at the time. I'd recommend this location to any of my friends.
