I called in a bit of a panic because I noticed the insurance card in my car had expired. The agent I spoke with was awesome. She immediately alleviated my concerns and reassured me that my policy was active and up to date. Apparently I simply forgot to put my new insurance card in my car. She emailed me a copy of my card within minutes. She was extremely pleasant, patient, and super helpful. Great customer service! I highly recommend Sabatino Insurance.
Sabatino-Ins is awesome. For one, since they write policies with other companies they can shop around for you again if you ever have a rate increase.. also, the customer service is great and you can tell they are really trained well and have a structure in the way they should treat their customers. I'm writing this review because people typically only write reviews when they are mad and I think that is counter productive for those who read reviews as a part of your decision making process
This is the best experience I've had buying auto and home owners insurance. My agent, Marie, was knowledgeable and very professional. She worked with me to find the best coverage for the given rates. Followed up with all the documentation as discussed, and even called the day after I closed on the house to make sure everything went smooth.
