Every time I go to the pharmacy to pick up a prescription, there seems to be a problem. They have inexperienced kids working there and they have no clue what they are doing. Two times already, I was told my insurance doesn't cover a certain medication. And then turns out it does cover, so they tell me to come back in to get my money. I have been in there about 45 times, and with all honesty, 45 times there were problems, and it is always a mistake they made. I am definitely going back to Walgreens on ferry street because they know what they are doing.
Unprofessional staff, rude and impolite, except one blond girl there. Even when you order a refill online you never find it ready. I went there 3 times, I changed pharmacy and never went back again.

Always shopped here because employees are nice!! But this time a young man kept harassing me and following me down every aisle and not being discreet about it!! Didn't even have a name tag! Just kept
Very nice people helps with what ever you need my favorite is the pharmacy excellent help explains if you have a question about any prescription. Also helps the people who have no prescription coverage. Thank you Rite Aid you are the best around.
Following me! The supervisor had no explanation when I asked her she wanted me to ask him directly and couldn't understand her!! Manager finally came out and said that's how it is! Wow well I guess that's why they opened a liquor store cos their customer service sucks!! Terrible!!!
