I made a request and EPD responded , family member safe and sound.
Very unhelpful and rude. I also had a friend call them and they never responded. If you need help, please don't waste your time calling them. If I could give zero stars I would. Every time I have ever called them they have never helped. They encourage drug usage in this awful city. I never feel safe and have been raped walking home without any of their help.
I'm no angel, but respectful, very happy the City of Everett looks after Seniors when family unable.
I thank you every one.
They are harassing me and my family looking for someone who is not a resident of this building and has never been a resident of this building so I would say this was not a good experience

I contacted the police department to inquire on obtaining a police report and the operator was extremely rude, condescending and unprofessional. I feel sorry for the residents of the Everett to encounter terrible assistance from the department.
5 Stars for that and my Uncle say's the same.
