I'm a five second rule raw cookie dough eating fiend, so food safety isn't really something I prioritize, but the lack of care for the quality of food and customer experience is glaringly apparent at this location.
Drinks took forever, not busy.Dinner took long too, brocoli was cold, no one asked during meal if things were good or not. Waiter came over when I called him for bill.No help,need to hire! Long time customer very unsatisfied! Only coming back to use rest of gift card!!!!! Sevice needs alot of improvement and chefs too!
Our waitress acknowledged our wait unprompted and said the manager would be by to get us some free desert (no thanks) so we left the food as is and waited. The manager was very understanding and allowed us to only pay for our appetizers.
We ordered two burgers and an appetizer. The appetizer came out in about 15 minutes and was great! We then waited for our burgers... and waited... and waited. 45 minutes after we received the appetizer, our burgers came out.
Literally every dish we were given was dirty (see pics of silverware). When our food finally came, one of the burgers had wilted lettuce, was underdone, and had a hair in it. The other dishes were dry and looked terrible. Brought all this to the attention of management (had to wait because the whole restaurant was having the same problems) and all they did was refund the burger. It was bedlam in there. We finally got our check and got to leave, and we will not be back.
The medium burger my partner ordered was well done. We're talking hockey puck on a bun well done. My turkey burger was cooked fine, but all of my lettuce was slimy and past wilted... like the lettuce you forgot you bought two weeks ago for salads sitting in the back of your fridge wilted.
Nice waiter but the food is losing its Friday flavor. The chicken and shrimp Cajun pasta is tasteless and burnt this is the 4th time. If it wasn't for the amazing service I would give this place 1 star. The ribs are dry. I mean what's wrong with the chef???!!!

Went to Fridays tonight with my boyfriend and one of our friends. The wait time to be seated was 25 mins which we thought was reasonable for a Saturday night. We were seated and our waiter came up promptly and took our drink and appetizer order. We received both the drinks and the apps in reasonable time, all fresh. We ordered our meals shortly after. We waited for our meals to come out for over 45 mins. During that time, we requested refills on our waters and one beer after our waiter told us the "kitchen was backed up". Our waiter didn't bring them over, and showed up at our table 10 minutes later still without them. We requested the drinks a second time. When our food eventually arrived at our table it was cold. Our friend's burger didn't have bacon, and he was informed that they had "run out". My "Sizzling Chicken and cheese" was not sizzling, and the cheese was barely melted. The steak my boyfriend ordered medium, was well-done and ice cold. The broccoli was raw and the mashed potatoes had a film over them from sitting for too long. He informed the waiter he wasn't going to eat it and request it be sent back to the kitchen. At this point, we all wanted our check and to leave. We had to wait for the manager to come over and clear the steak from the check which took another 15 minutes. She apologized kindly and gave us a coupon for a free appetizer. However, none of us plan on returning back to a Fridays after this experience so the gesture was useless. The service we received tonight was not acceptable.
To start off a late 3:00 lunch, my partner and I received two glasses of water filled with black debris. I didn't notice said debris until it was in my mouth. I'm not super picky and I get that accidents happen so I asked for a new glass of water after telling our waitress. No apology, but I got some fresh water so nbd.
