I stopped in to grab a couple of items and ask a few questions about moving out. Jason and Sandy in the office are always a delight and very helpful. I would recommend this facility.
This place is alright. Staff is super friendly and gives a great intro. However they’ll tell you that the insurance is required and push the option to purchase that addition insurance when you’re making the purchase but in most scenarios if you have a home or renters insurance , it will cover the insurance the offer and perhaps better.
Also the traffic to reach the storage place gets ridiculous at most times of the day and you need to go around a roundabout to actually get to the storage.
Fantastic place! The customer service is over the top. The Property Manager, Jason was very knowledgeable, courteous and very helpful and explained and went over everything in detail. He even gave me a demo is the stylish locks- how to lock and open the storage cubicle. His colleague, Sandy at Eastern Avenue Malden location where I went first was just as helpful. The cubicles are clean and air conditioned. Would recommend this place to anyone in need is storage space.
storage is clean. staff unfriendly its like your bothering them when you ask questions about equipment or the facility. there are only 3 flat beds for the whole place . and the place is real difficult to load and or unload because of the tight space to get in. at least they should get more flat beds and be more helpful and friendlier. Just setup my storage space today at this location before going to work. Sandy got me up and going with a space in no time! Not to mention she was really nice and helpful with providing all the information that I needed. I've rented multiple storage spaces in the past, and I'd have to say this is by far the best experience I've had at one yet.
